How to use this tool

1. Accounts — review the loaded clinics. Each one is pre-scored on three axes: multi-location footprint × PI attorney integration × VNG/vestibular sophistication.

2. Score & verify — adjust scores per axis, add notes, mark accounts as verified. Most loaded accounts have at least one "unverified" axis (web search was rate-limited during discovery). A quick site visit confirms or corrects.

3. Rep review — assign rep, choose the pipeline action (rep outbound / email nurture / newsletter / exclude), approve.

4. Export to Zoho — download Zoho-import-compatible CSV files. Direct-API push is scaffolded in Settings for v2.

Adjust axis scores and confirm signals
Three-axis rubric, each 0–3 (total 0–9):
Multi-location: 0 = single site · 2 = 2–4 sites · 3 = 5+ sites or regional brand.
PI attorney integration: 0 = none · 2 = PI on services list · 3 = named partners / LOP / lien billing.
VNG sophistication: 0 = none · 2 = generic vestibular rehab · 3 = specialist credentials / competitor hardware / named program.
Tiers: 7–9 = Tier 1 (Hot) · 4–6 = Tier 2 (Warm) · 1–3 = Tier 3 (Nurture) · 0 = Tier 0 (Exclude)

Default pipeline action by tier: Tier 1 → Rep outbound. Tier 2 with contact info → Rep outbound; Tier 2 without contact info → Email nurture. Tier 3 → Newsletter. Tier 0 → Exclude. The rep can override in the Review screen.

CSV downloads in Zoho-import format
Recommended path — Zoho Leads: download Leads.csv and import it into Zoho's Leads module. One row per lead, combining company + primary contact, so unapproved data never pollutes your Accounts/Contacts modules. Promote a lead to Account/Contact inside Zoho when it converts.

Alternate path — Accounts + Contacts: import Accounts.csv first, Contacts.csv second. Zoho matches contacts to accounts on the Account Name column.

Note on scores: the Spryson Score is exported as an integer (0–9) plus three per-axis columns, so Excel won't auto-convert it to a date.
